You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order email us at If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you can raise an exchange request once you receive the order.


1. Please note we provide 2-day exchange window for orders placed online on and shipped within India, applicable only for defective/wrong products. If 2 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

2. To be entitled for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed, it will be considered that the product is used and will not be eligible for an exchange.

3. Strictly No Refund.


Products purchased during the Sale:

During the Sale period only sale items can be exchanged. Products cannot be exchanged once the sale period is over. Sale items if exchanged will be done on MRP to MRP basis. That is the MRP of the product being exchanged and the MRP of the new selected product is considered and the difference of amount needs to be paid. Exchange is not done of the discounted price.

Products sold under clearance sale are not applicable for return/replacement/refund.
